The Southwick Board of Selectmen at their December 19, 2011 meeting indicated that the property on Powder Mill Road developed by a local resident will be donated to the Town in the near future. The acceptance is subject to approval at a Town Meeting according to what was said at the meeting. Additional details should be available soon from the town.
