The Southwick EDC is planning the 2012 Home & Business Show to be held on Saturday March 31, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. It will again be held in Town Hall at 454 College Highway. Information on the Show will be distributed to local businesses in early January 2012.
This year local businesses can download the Registration Form from this website fill it in click here (if you have Word 2007 or later), print it and submit with your payment of $ 20. Registration Form in pdf format (print and complete it) Click here.
This is in addition to the paper Registration Forms that will be distributed by mail and copies can be found on the EDC information kiosk outside the side entrance of Town Hall (near the Town Clerk's Office).
We anticipate an increased exhibit area with the addition of some exhibitors on another floor of the building (depending on the number of exhibitors). Again in 2012 we will be limited to businesses located in Southwick (plus media partners). In 2011 we had one workshop/seminar for the public. This year we anticipate 4-6 workshops/seminars. (February 16, 2012) As of this date we have 18 confirmed businesses registered for the Show and several speakers for the speaker portion of the Show. Don't wait until March to reserve a space in the Home & Business Show. Additional information will be provided between now and March 31. Traffic to this website has increased for information on the Show with more than 90 hits during the month of January.
Confirmed businesses include financial services (non-banks) and home improvement providers. Register now before your competitors do. Space will be provided based on date of registrations received with payment (checks only). Thank you to both the exhibitors and the public for attending the Home & Business Show. Although the weather was not perfect it is winter and the turnout was very good. We will analyze the results of the event and hope to see you in the future.
